First, figure out what you would like – costs include shipping

The cost includes the signed book and postage (US domestic and APO – Media Mail). Expect about a four to five-week turnaround. Currently, Amazon printing is really slow…
I will email you when I receive the request and when the book is mailed. International requests are welcome just email me and I will figure out the shipping cost.
